Order Validation and Acceptance

When you place an order through ShopMyGym, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and/or provide you with any other notices, disclosures, or other communications relating to your order.You agree that ShopMyGym will not be responsible for any damages you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
MY GYM attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the website. However, because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, ShopMyGym cannot guarantee that the color you see will match the actual product color.
MY GYM makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to ShopMyGym products, services, and prices.Information relating to ShopMyGym products and services is subject to change without notice.Prices are subject to change at any time prior to ShopMyGym’s acceptance of your order.In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with ShopMyGym or we detect an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version or cancel the order.If you choose to cancel the order and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, ShopMyGym will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and DISCOVERCard.Your credit card information will be stored on the site after you enter it initially.
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if ShopMyGym declines to accept your order.If your card has been charged, ShopMyGym will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than five (5) days after the date of your order, ShopMyGym will attempt to notify you by e-mail using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order.If you elect to cancel the order, ShopMyGym will issue a refund.
Order Processing and Shipping
ShopMyGym processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time.Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.Orders will generally be processed, billed, and shipped by the end of the next business day following receipt of the order.“Business day” means Monday through Friday except for national holidays.
Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be added to the cost of your order.In some cases, shipping and handling will be included in the cost of your items, and there will be no additional charges.ShopMyGym standard shipping methods are U.S. Mail and UPS Ground.We ship from Los Angeles, CA, and transit time depends on your location.Within the continental United States, ground shipping generally takes from 1 to 5 business days.ShopMyGym may choose to ship via other methods in its sole discretion.If you request or require a different shipping method, or we ship to a different type of location (e.g., a commercial address), you will be responsible for any additional costs.
The warranties ShopMyGym provides with respect to any product or service purchased from ShopMyGym via the website, by phone, or otherwise are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written ShopMyGym documentation accompanying such product or service.
Return PolicyShopMyGym will accept returns only on merchandise that is defective or otherwise damaged, within 30 days of purchase date unless otherwise specified by ShopMyGym.Any other returns must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be authorized in writing by ShopMyGym in advance and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number.Please contact ShopMyGym at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.Shipment errors must be reported within 30 days of your purchase. ShopMyGym will pay the return freight for returns due to defective or damaged merchandise; for all other returns, the consumer is responsible for the return freight.
